The Photo Album #9 : 100th Post!

Today is my 100th post! I cannot believe it. Quickly this has become such an integral part of my life!

Now, before I ramble on about how much I truly love blogging, because I could go for days, let's get down to business. Did anyone else start humming that song from Mulan? No, just me? Lol. Okay, moving on. When I was scanning photos this week, I couldn't resist putting these snapshots aside!

Time: October of 1994
Place: My home & Crossroads Village
Persons: My brother & I

I don't remember this exact Halloween, yet when I saw it a smile completely took over my face. My brothers and mine expressions are just too cute. Actually, his is what I think makes the photo! He is dressed as Peter Pan while I'm a little fairy. And we can't forget our friend skeleton in the background!

The photo above was taken outside of a lovely place by me called Crossroads Village. It is a family tradition of ours to go there around Halloween and Christmas. During Halloween there are tons of trick-or-treat stops as well as donuts and cider. Throughout the Christmas season the whole place is decorated and truly a winter wonderland. The really unique thing about Crossroads is that all of the buildings are attached to sometime in history. The inside of the buildings are preserved and make for such a learning experience. No matter how many years we go, it's always equally just as fun!

Do you enjoy old photos and remembering memories from the past??

  2. Love those pictures. Halloween was the best as a kid! I love looking at old photos. My parents have albums full of pictures of my sisters and I. Home videos are even better, but so embarrassing lol.
