30-Day Challenges

Hey everyone! It is no secret that working out can be a difficult task, whether it's the actually getting up and going, or carving out the time to do so. Even though you may not be able to spend an hour+ in the gym, you can do a few things in your free time. Every effort you put in does pay off. I have become a fan of 30-day challenges, which can be done anywhere! The nice aspect of these workouts is that when I start one, it is something I hold myself accountable to. I wanted to take today to share some 30-day challenges with you that I have found over time to help maybe put a pep in your step.

I first came across these on my cell phone. There is a supplement app, which can be found and purchased through your phones app store. Apple - Android

Now you don't have to wait till the first of the month to begin.
So, pick one and start today!

  1. I love these! I've done the squat challenge before. My butt needs help! Lol
    Currently, I try to do weight training every other day and cardio every day. Hoping to stay with it. It's part of my April challenge for myself. Staying motivated is hard sometimes. Glad you posted these. It gives me more variety.

    1. Squats really do help!! :p Good luck!! That sounds like an awesome workout plan for sure!! Remember to listen to your body to and rest if/when necessary! You go girl!

  3. I need to do every single one of these! I admit, I'm horrible at sticking with workout routines-- no matter how hard I try!

    1. I've done a couple of them but the one I'm most excited to try I haven't yet is te arms! To get myself in the routine I actually one time set it as my phone background so I saw it everyday!! Maybe try that!

  5. Can we try them all together? I mean how awesome would that be? You'll get a full body workout and complete the challenge in one month!
    I think I am going to combine all these in one!
