MIMM #8 {Laughter}

Hello! Another Monday may be here, but smile. Why? Because you can! Did you all have good weekends?? Mine with filled with many, many giggles which I definitely was okay with cause hey, laughter is good for the soul!

This is one of my favorite impromptu photos from the weekend! <3

I had an event for NBA Green Week.

Waiting for the event to start we took a few silly pictures.
This one below being the best.

Another entertainment team, D-Town, was also at the event with us.
During a bit of downtime they put on a little show for this kids.

My group got to plant vegetables with first graders.
It was so much fun!

Was quite a packed day!
Started with my mom and I going for a manicure.

I have always heard the rave about shellac, but never tried it.
I decided to give it a go this time around.

My mom ended up doing the same too.
We left really satisfied and loving our nails!!

Next we were headed down for the second to last Pistons game.

My teammates are goofy!

For 2 of my teammies it was their very last game.
I can't wait to see where life takes them.

Earlier in the night my boyfriends fraternity had their Founder's Day.
Since I couldn't make the banquet, I headed up to the gathering after!

I was able to see some of my beautiful sorority sisters!
I don't know what I would have done in college without these ladies.

And hang out with my bestie Kayla.

Sunday:
Began by going to church with my family.
When we got home we made a mini snowman.
We hadn't yet and the snow is almost all gone.
He's a little sad looking, but it works!

The afternoon included some family things and homework.
Coco tried to put a halt on it all though.
Anyone else have a kitty that loves boxes too??

The night ended with attending my last ever sorority meeting.
The last time I would walk out of here on a Sunday night as an undergrad.

What did you do this weekend?
Share below! :)

❤ Nichole

As always, thanks Katie for the link-up!

  1. Who knew that this weekend would be filled with so many important life moments right? Isn't it crazy to leave your last sorority meeting? I cried my eyes out in the car after mine.

    1. Right?! That's how a lot of moments have been lately. I mean I know graduation is near, but I never expected things to take on so much meaning.. I think it's because I didn't really expect to be sad about graduating and now that it's closer and a reality I am. It was SO crazy. Almost every sunday night (except for a few) the past 4 years has been spent at them, as you know and experience too! We had senior send-off the week before so I got my big tears out then, however when I made the announcement it was my last meeting (since they do have one next weekend) I was shaking and got teary eyed<3
