Hey everyone! It is no secret that working out can be a difficult task, whether it's the actually getting up and going, or carving out the time to do so. Even though you may not be able to spend an hour+ in the gym, you can do a few things in your free time. Every effort you put in does pay off. I have become a fan of 30-day challenges, which can be done anywhere! The nice aspect of these workouts is that when I start one, it is something I hold myself accountable to. I wanted to take today to share some 30-day challenges with you that I have found over time to help maybe put a pep in your step.
