Fitness Motivation #4

It's been a while since I have done a fitness post and by a while, well, I mean it's been over a month!

So, without further adieu, let's get to it!

work hard & be proud of what you achieve

suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret

if you wait for perfect conditions, you'll never get anything done
Source

run - eat - sleep - try - aim - love - get happier
Source

the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen
Source

anger, fear and negative energy make great fuel

What's on the agenda for your Saturday?

  2. I miss working out, I got really slack with it before my holiday as I was busy trying to pre-write my posts for while I'm here.

My agenda is - we're going to Disney today, leaving at 6, then going to eat at an American steakhouse and go to a karaoke.

Tomorrow we're having a day off from the parks and are staying around the hotel, I think I'm going to hit up the gym in the morning for an hour or so and then go for a swim, then sunbath with some beer =)

    Top that :p

  4. Thanks for the encouragement Nichole; I especially like the one about the bad workout being the one that did not happen. I get my runs in during the week--family stuff requires lots of attention on weekends.
